The Finger Car vehicle, with a capacity to carry 16 pallets, transfers pallets between the curing chamber and the machine line. While wet product pallets are transferred to the curing chambers, dry product pallets that have exited the curing chamber are automatically transferred to the collection group.The Finger Car system is an electrically powered transport system consisting of a carrier that resembles a robotic depiction of a human with both arms extended at a 90-degree angle to the ground, moving along a series of rails. It also includes the Elevator and Lowerator mechanisms, which are responsible for picking up and placing pallets using the Finger Car vehicle.
