1. Data Controller and Representative

AsBlok Makina Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“ASBLOK”) places the utmost importance on the security of your personal data. With this awareness, ASBLOK attaches great significance to the processing and storage of all types of personal data belonging to individuals associated with ASBLOK in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Your personal data may be processed by ASBLOK, as the data controller, within the scope outlined below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data obtained;

• Within the scope of the necessary activities to be carried out for the realization of ASBLOK’s operations and the execution of related business processes, personal data may be processed for the establishment and management of information technology infrastructure, planning or execution of business continuity activities, planning or execution of corporate communication activities, event management, execution of procurement activities, and planning or execution of corporate sustainability activities.
• Your personal data will be processed and stored by ASBLOK in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. ASBLOK may use your personal data for all corporate identity activities, including advertising and promotion.
• Processing of employee or employee candidate data within the scope of relevant legislation and contracts,
• Fulfilling retention, information, reporting, and other obligations defined by legislation,
• Processing personal data within the scope of necessary activities for individuals who will benefit from ASBLOK’s products, services, and support, and for the execution of related business processes,
• Processing personal data for the planning or execution of activities necessary to customize and recommend ASBLOK’s products, services, and support according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of relevant individuals.

For these purposes, your personal data may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

3. Recipients and Purposes of Personal Data Transfer

The personal data collected may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, and authorized public institutions or third parties, strictly for the purposes of fulfilling the objectives mentioned above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. 4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

This data is collected to provide you with benefits, fulfill internal requirements or continue and develop activities within ASBLOK, or to meet obligations arising from legislation.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698

As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to ASBLOK Makine Metal Ürün İmalat İth. İhr. Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, ASBLOK will address your request as quickly as possible and at the latest within thirty days, free of charge. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee specified in ASBLOK's tariff will be charged. The rights of personal data owners are as follows:

• To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• If their personal data is processed, to request information about the processing,
• To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, either domestically or internationally,
• To request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• To request deletion or destruction of their personal data if the reasons for processing no longer apply, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of such actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to the processing of their data through automated systems that may result in a negative outcome for them,
• To request compensation for damages caused by the unlawful processing of their personal data.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

The personal data you have shared with ASBLOK through the channels mentioned in this Clarification Text will be stored in accordance with the timeframes specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant regulations, if such periods are provided. If a period is specified by the law or related regulations, your data will be stored for that duration. Once the specified period has expired, or if no specific period is provided, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you can exercise the rights mentioned above and submit your request to ASBLOK in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your application must be submitted to ASBLOK in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The channels and methods for submitting your application to ASBLOK are explained below.

To exercise the rights mentioned above, you can submit your request, which includes the necessary information to identify you clearly and understandably, along with your explanations regarding the rights you wish to exercise as specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. You can submit your request by filling out the form on the website and sending a signed copy of the form to info@globmac.com via email or deliver it in person to the company address along with documents verifying your identity. Alternatively, you can also submit your request via notary or other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
