The KB QUICK MASTER series machines enable the production of interlocking paving stones, curbstones, rain gutters, grass pavers, and concrete blocks.
Within GLOBMAC, different models of KB 12, KB 25, KB 36, and KB 42 QUICK MASTER are available, offering various production capacities ranging from 500 m² to 1500 m² of paving stones per day (8 hours). Machine movements are controlled through hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric systems; however, electric systems are predominantly used due to their ease of maintenance, user-friendliness, and ability to operate smoothly even in dusty environments.
GLOBMAC A.Ş. distinguishes itself by using a bolted system on the main chassis, allowing all parts of the body to be precisely machined with CNC technology. The bolted system ensures greater structural durability compared to welded construction, offering longer lifespan, easier mechanical maintenance, and a practical working mechanism. Additionally, this feature allows for the replacement of any damaged section of the main chassis. The main chassis consists of three sections, two of which are movable (A and C sections) and one fixed (B section).A chassis: Entry side where empty pallets are fed into the machine.B chassis: The section where the material is shaped through vibration and pressing.C chassis: Exit side where the finished products are discharged from the machine.Electric Internal Vibration System. The electric motor-driven internal vibration system ensures fast filling of the mortar. Another advantage of this system is that it reduces the back-and-forth movement of the mortar carts, minimizing wear and extending their lifespan. Additionally, its design ensures homogeneous mortar distribution. Shock Absorbing Suspension System .The mortar carts are the most dynamic part of the machines. As a result, the hydraulic pistons responsible for their movement are subjected to repeated impacts. To minimize these impacts, a shock-absorbing suspension system is integrated at the base of the pistons of both the coarse and fine mortar carts. This system prevents damage to the pistons, ensuring their longevity.

OPERATING SYSTEMS
Fully Automatic. In fully automatic models, all movements of the machine's automatic operating mechanism are easily controlled by a PLC system. Thanks to this system, potential malfunctions, the number of press cycles, product count, and various systematic and mechanical functions can be easily monitored.
Semi-Automatic. For smaller-scale production, GLOBMAC also offers a semi-automatic option to its customers.
In this operating system, available for the KB 12 QUICK MASTER and KB 25 QUICK MASTER models, products exiting the curing chamber are collected and packaged manually by labor instead of an automatic collection unit.
PRODUCTION SYSTEMS
With foot pallet
This system, which operates with footed pallets, provides ease of production for users.Wet product pallets produced in the machine are stacked in the Wet Product Elevator Robot and transferred to the curing chamber via forklift for drying. Once the products in the curing chamber reach the required dryness, they are placed in the Dry Product Elevator Robot via forklift. The system can operate on a production line with either a straight layout or a U-shaped pallet path.
Finger Car:
This system, which enables the use of footless pallets, is among the most advanced technologies in the industry. Finger Car systems have a structure that reduces labor, allowing for maximum utilization of robotic capabilities in production processes. The Finger Car vehicle, with a capacity to carry 16 pallets, transfers pallets between the curing chamber and the machine line. While wet product pallets are transferred to the curing chambers, dry product pallets exiting the curing chamber are automatically transferred to the collection unit. The Finger Car system is an electrically powered transport system consisting of a carrier, which moves along a series of rails and resembles a robotic depiction of a human with both arms extended at a 90-degree angle to the ground. The system includes the Finger Car vehicle and the Elevator and Lowerator mechanisms, which facilitate the pickup and placement of pallets.
Basket System:
This system, which enables operation with footless pallets, stacks wooden pallets onto racks using racking elevators. Thanks to the linear guides used in the racking elevators that make up the system, it provides long-lasting and purpose-driven performance.
- The system eliminates forklift contact with wooden pallets, preventing damage and extending their lifespan.
- It allows both sides of the pallet to be used during pressing.
- Reduces forklift operation time.
- Offers a lower cost for footless pallets.
The system operates on a U-shaped pallet path.
The biggest advantage of this U-System layout is that drying and wet products are stacked parallel to each other, enabling faster maneuvering between the curing chamber and the machine unit.
