The Pars Series machines are specialized in pumice production. Within GLOBMAC, models such as PARS 5, PARS 10, PARS 12, and PARS 18, with production capacities ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 blocks per day, are available. The machine movements are operated by hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with a major emphasis on electrical systems due to their ease of maintenance, user convenience, and ability to operate smoothly in dusty environments. The PARS 12 model also features a system that, on a pallet, produces 12 blocks and then stacks them, completing the preparation for shipment by adding 6 more blocks, totaling 18 blocks. MECHANICAL STRUCTURE. GLOBMAC A.Ş. distinguishes itself by using a bolted system on the main chassis, allowing all parts of the body to be milled with a CNC machine. The bolted system provides superior durability compared to welded constructions, offering longer lifespan, ease of mechanical maintenance, and practical operation. Additionally, this feature allows for the replacement of any damaged part on the main chassis. The main chassis consists of two parts: A (fixed) and B (moving). The side where empty pallets are fed into the machine and the thick mortar cart is located is the A chassis. The section where the mortar is shaped through vibration and pressing is the B chassis. ELECTRIC INTERNAL SHAKING SYSTEM The electric motor-driven internal shaking system ensures the rapid filling of the mortar. Another advantage of the internal shaking system is that it reduces the forward-backward movement of the mortar carts, resulting in less wear and tear on this moving part, thereby extending the lifespan of the carts. Additionally, the design ensures the homogeneous distribution of the mortar. SHOCK-ABSORBING SUSPENSION SYSTEM The mortar carts are the most mobile parts of the machine. Therefore, the hydraulic pistons that facilitate their forward-backward movement are exposed to impacts. To minimize the effect of these impacts, a shock-absorbing suspension system is placed at the base of the pistons of both the thick and thin mortar carts. This system prevents damage to the pistons. WORKING SYSTEM In fully automatic models, all movements of the machine's automatic operating mechanism are easily controlled by the PLC System. With this system, potential malfunctions, machine press counts, product quantities, and other systematic and mechanical functions can be easily monitored. Semi-Automatic. For smaller-scale productions, GLOBMAC also offers a Semi-Automatic option to its customers. In this working system, available for the Pars 5 and Pars 10 models, the products exiting the curing chamber are collected and packaged manually, rather than automatically with a collection group. PRODUCTION SYSTEMS This system, which can operate with standing pallets, provides ease of production for the user. The wet product pallets produced by the machine are stacked in the Wet Product Stacking Robot and transferred to the curing chamber by a forklift for drying. Once the products in the curing chamber reach sufficient dryness, they are placed in the Dry Product Stacking Robot with a forklift. The system operates on a production line where pallet paths are arranged in a U-shape. The biggest advantage of this "U system" layout is the parallel stacking of wet and dry products, allowing for faster maneuvering between the curing chamber and the machine group. Finger Car. This system, which allows the use of footless pallets, is among the most advanced technologies in the industry. Finger Car systems, due to their general characteristics, have a structure that reduces labor, providing an opportunity to utilize robotic capabilities as much as possible in production processes. The Finger Car vehicle, with a capacity to carry 16 pallets, transfers pallets between the curing chamber and the machine line. While wet product pallets are transferred to the curing chambers, dry product pallets that have exited the curing chamber are automatically transferred to the collection group. The Finger Car system is an electrically powered transport system consisting of a carrier that resembles a robotic depiction of a human with both arms extended at a 90-degree angle to the ground, moving along a series of rails. It also includes the Elevator and Lowerator mechanisms, which are responsible for picking up and placing pallets using the Finger Car vehicle.
