The KB12 Concrete Block and Paving Stone Machine has a pressing capacity of 110/120 pallets per hour. By changing molds, it is capable of producing products such as interlocking paving stones, curbstones, rain gutter stone, and grass pavers.
With this system, 12 interlocking stones or 5 20x40x20 blocks can be produced in one cycle.
All movements in the machine are hydraulically controlled.
The products that come out of the machine can be stacked using footed wooden pallets with the help of a stacking robot. In the non-robotic machine sorting system, products can be collected using a product cart through the wooden driver and exit table.
